Feel the Force Day XL – Peterborough 2019
Trader Set Up
Please ensure you have your trader booking to hand when you arrive.
Friday 4th October 2019 – Traders and displays can begin set up from 4pm to 6pm.
Saturday 5th October 2019 – Traders and displays can begin set up from 8am to 10.30am. Doors will open to the public at 11am sharpe. No movement of equipment can occur once the public are in the building.
Trader Breakdown
Saturday 5th October 2019 – Traders and displays can breakdown from 6pm. No movement of equipment of merchandise can occur whilst the Trader area has member of the public.

Trader Access
Directions – Enter the East of England Arena site via the vehicle entrance at Orton Northgate/Lynchwood (A).
Follow the postcode PE2 6HE for access. Upon arrival at the East the East of England Arena site, follow the road to the split (B) and, once directed turn left. Follow the marshalls’ directions at park in the crew and exhibitor area.
Access to this area will close at 10.30am on Saturday 5th October.
Access to the Arena itself is gained through the trader entrance (C)

Trader Access

Terms and Conditions
1. All tables purchased for any convention must be paid for in full on completion of booking.
2. Table location allocations are not subject to appeal.
3. Traders are not allowed to sell food or drink in any area of the venues unless express permission has been given by Feel the Force Day.
4. Traders are responsible for their own pitch; if any trader is found to be leaving their pitch unattended then Feel the Force Day reserve the right to remove this trader from the event.
5. Three (3) Trader passes are given to each booked trader, this is not per table. Any additional Trader passes are to be purchased at the General Entry day ticket price and to be picked up on set up.
6. Set up times are to be strictly adhered to – there are no exceptions for any trader. Set up times will always be announced prior to the convention.
7. Trader passes are NON TRANSFERABLE and cannot be passed on to or used by anyone other than the person to which it is issued.
8. Neither Feel the Force Day nor the venue are responsible for any lost merchandise or money – all property of traders and stock is the traders own responsibility.
9. All items sold must adhere to laws pertaining to copyright and consumer sales.
10. Feel the Force Day reserves the right to move trader tables as and when necessary if floor layouts change.
11. Any issues on the day should be addressed to the allocated Trader Manager.
12. Guests booked to appear at Feel the Force Day are not to be approached for assistance in the promotion of businesses or charities or asked to provide signatures for free or at discounted prices.
13. Promotions, discounts and limited offers are at Feel the Force Day discretion.
14. Feel the Force Day reserve the right to change any of the Terms and Condition at any time.
15. Trader are NOT ALLOWED to bring their own backing tables, only tables booked via Feel the Force Day are to be used.
16. Any trader dealing with “mystery boxes” or Lucky Dips must issue Feel the Force Day with a full listing of what will be issued in each box. This is to safeguard attendees.
17. Feel the Force Day will not refund any table if the trader cancels their attendance. Booking a trader space at this event incurs a cost that the event company will not be held responsible for, any attempt could end in a ban from trading at any Feel the Force Day Event.
18. Charity, statutory or micro-corporate stall holders are not permitted to fundraise through lotteries, raffles, tombolas, collections or any other form of fundraising. The sale of merchandise is acceptable.
